Full Story
Jason Crispin founded AUDITSU, an accessibility compliance platform, just ahead of the European Accessibility Act's June 2025 enforcement deadline. Despite a 1,200-person waitlist and clear market demand, VCs consistently asked for traction before funding — a catch-22 for a pre-launch startup.
Rather than hiring a sales team he couldn't afford, Jason built a fully automated go-to-market engine in Make. The 18-scenario system monitors job boards for hiring signals indicating accessibility compliance work, enriches those leads via Apollo, validates contacts through LinkedIn using Apify, generates personalised outreach emails with OpenAI, and manages campaigns through Customer.io — all tracked in Airtable.
The system runs 24 hours a day without human intervention, processing thousands of leads and generating outbound at a scale equivalent to a 10-person sales team. Content production was also automated: carousel posts that previously took 90 minutes were compressed to near-instant generation.
When Jason presented the system to investors, one VC marketing director called it "one of the most advanced go-to-market systems we've ever seen." AUDITSU secured £200,000 in pre-seed funding. The investor cited the automation as a key factor in their decision.
