How Duvo Uses Claude to Automate Enterprise Operations and Recover Abandoned Work

The agents execute end-to-end: a single agent can log into a supplier portal, extract data, cross-reference multiple systems, draft and send communications, and log outcomes—all while keeping context intact. For high-risk actions, a human-in-the-loop approval step is built in. Claude's computer use capabilities provide the technical foundation for cross-system orchestration.

Rohlik Group, a European e-commerce grocery operator, became an early production customer. Within the first week of deploying a price monitoring agent across 120+ SKUs and 15+ suppliers, they recorded €1.45M in annualized savings. Duvo expanded to dozens of processes—supplier negotiations, promotional setup, delivery confirmations, supplier onboarding—each showing dramatic time reductions.
