Medgate conecta a 2,5 millones de pacientes con médicos de forma remota en Suiza y Alemania, gestionando unas 3.000 consultas diarias durante los picos de los periodos de invierno. El equipo de ingeniería de la empresa se enfrentaba a un creciente backlog de funcionalidades y a requisitos regulatorios cada vez más exigentes: los ciclos de desarrollo se habían convertido en cuellos de botella para la innovación sanitaria.
